First, by calling the Langley AFB Casualty Assistance Office at 764-5231. If you prefer, you can come to the office at the 1st Mission Support Group (1st MSG) building on 45 Nealy Avenue which is just inside the La Salle gate at Langley Air Force Base. The office is located in Wing C, Room 108A and is open on Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. They can provide you with all the information you need, including what military documents you need.

Second, you also can call the Air Force Casualty Assistance Office at Randolph AFB by dialing 1-877-353-6807. This number is answered 24 hours a day. Some things you will need are the retiree's full name, retired rank, and Social Security Number.
